A Fool Proof Guide To Astral Projection

Astral projection is sometimes called an Out of Body Experience (OBE), or
astral travel. It is when your spiritual or astral body separates or
"pops out of your physical body. Your astral body is not confined by the limits of
physical space or time. While your spiritual body is astral traveling, it is
possible to visit or "remote view other countries, planets, spaces and
timelines.

When astral projecting you'll get the sensation of leaving your physical body by a pop, a lifting up or a "walking out of" your body. Sometimes, you may start to vibrate
as you separate your astral body from your physical body. You can visit
loved ones, walk around your home, see other countries, worlds, timelines,
visit spaceships and even "fly" while astral projecting.

Your astral body is connected to your physical body by a silver cord that attaches at your third eye. So, when you astral project, you always have that cord connected to your physical body and your body cannot be "taken over" by something or someone else. It's not possible for you to "get lost" the astral plane either. You will
always come back into your body. Astral projection is 100% safe.

Some things you may feel during astral projection or as you begin to project out of your body include:

  1. Vibrations in your body
  2. Paralysis or the feeling of not being about to move
  3. Racing heart rate
  4. Buzzing
  5. Tingling
  6. Sinking
  7. Floating
  8. Pressure
  9. Loud sounds

Top 3 Astral Projection Methods

Visualization

One of the simplest and quickest ways to achieve astral projection is to utilize your ability to visualize. Start to think about either a place, person, or object that’s located away from you For instance, it can be a loved one (who’s not around), a vacation destination, or a cherished item. Ensure that what you choose is real and not made up. If you choose a vacation spot, ensure it’s a place you’ve been to, and you have a clear memory of being there when you first begin this practice. The power of your intention is limitless. Intending to go somewhere or visit someone during astral projection works wonders.

The Mirror Technique

Step 1: Place a full length mirror in your room. Ensure it’s in a position where you can see your entire reflection without having to move.

Step 2: Look at your reflection and inspect your whole body. Notice all the details, including your clothes. Try to memorize everything you see, as you imagine you are painting a picture of the image in your mind.

Step 3: Now, close your eyes and start to visualize yourself, just like the mirror image you were studying. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you can see a clear version of yourself on the other side of the room.

Step 4:  When the imagined image is crystal clear, start to visualize this version of yourself moving around. Start with small movements… The fingers… The arms… The toes… The legs… Take notice of the bodily sensations as you move.

Step 5: When you feel yourself becoming synchronized with these movements, imagine yourself getting up and walking around. Then, feel you imaginary eyes opening up and start seeing through the eyes of your imaginary self, looking around the room.

Step 6: Now, completely relax and allow your physical body to fall asleep. You’ll experience a shift of awareness from your body, to your imaginary body. Keep relaxed and enjoy this ability to visualize from a new perspective.

Early Morning Method

Step 1: Set your alarm clock for around 3 hours before your standard wake-up time.

Step 2: Move away from your bed. Once your alarm goes off, move to a different area of your house, such as your couch, where you can get comfortable.

Step 3: Lay on your back and allow yourself to relax, move your attention away from your physical body.

Step 4: Focus your awareness on your third eye and breath deeply.

Step 5: With your eyes closed, visualize yourself stepping out and lifting out of your body.
