Since I have started this meditation I am noticing that im seeing a glowing outline around things and my imagination has been more vivid. When I go to sleep at night I can see colors and shapes dancing around. Thank you for this meditation!
Quite interesting in that I have been doing an exercise to strengthen my core with this but without coordinating with the breath. I somehow feel that this is familiar to me. Thank you for offering this meditation. I will be practicing it more often. Can or should this be done daily?
This meditation was so different than others I've done, but it was wonderful!
Great meditation, energy was definitely rising, flashes of light in my 3rd eye area also seeing the color purple, was the first time doing the meditation.
